Check-in/Check-out Policies:
This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:
Check-In: 15:00 - 23:00 hrs
Check-Out: 11:00 - 12:00 hrs
Late check-out Hour: 14:00 hrs
Late check-in fee: €15.00
Late check-in fee applies to arrivals after 23:00hr
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The client will be able to cancel their reservation, upon explicit notification to GOOD VIBES ONLY Hostel Málaga, by sending an email to the following address: bookings@goodvibesonlyhostels.com.
Refund of the amount will never be applicable under the NON-REFUNDABLE booking conditions.
100% of the reservation amount will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 10 days in advance.
If the cancellation is made at least 10 days in advance, 100% of the reservation amount will be refunded.
Between 5 days and up to 24 hours prior to the check-in date, 50% of the reservation amount will be refunded.
In cases of No Show (failure to appear), no refunds will be made for the reservation amount.
Total Charge - Full stay - If canceled within 0 days of arrival.
Partial Charge - 50% Deposit - If canceled within 5 days of arrival.
STANDARDS OF BEHAVIOR AND DISCIPLINE
GROUNDS FOR DIRECT EXPULSION
* SMOKING SI ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED INSIDE THE BUILDING.
* PARTIES AND MEETINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOSTEL.
* VANDALISM SI ASERIOUS OFFENSE. ANY TYPE OF CRIME COMMITTED NI THE HOSTEL WILL BE SANCTIONED AND THE POLICE WILL BE NOTIFIED.
* THE POSSESSION/DISTRIBUTION OF ANY KIND OF WEAPONS, DRUGS, ALCOHOL OR ANY DANGEROUS/FLAMMABLE MATERIAL SI ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED.
* RESPECT FOR THE REST OF OTHERS SI SOMETHING TOTALLY IMPERATIVE NI OUR HOSTEL.
GENERAL RULES
* It si forbidden to use more beds than those that have been paid for, either to sleep, lie down or support things, otherwise, they wil have to pay the amount for .ti
•It is forbidden to eat in the rooms.
* The hostel's towels cannot be used for the beach.
* The possession, distribution and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages or drugs si not allowed.
* Please maintain a suitable tone of voice at al times for good coexistence between clients, trying to be silent in corridors and stairs.
* nI the event of any type of unacceptable and inappropriate behavior by a roommate, the other occupant of the room must report the facts to the person ni charge of the establishment.
* Air conditioning, lights and other electrical devices must be turned off when they are not being used. Help us save energy!
* Any damage to the property must be reported immediately to the person ni charge of the establishment. Al damages caused will be charged, except those that are caused by the wear and tear of the continued use of the same.
* Good Vibes Only Hostel has a video surveillance system that records 24 hours a day.
* Al our clients are advised to keep their room doors and lockers closed at all times for security reasons.
REVIEW OF RULES AND REGULATIONS
The hostel management reserves the right to review and modify the rules and regulations ta the time it deems appropriate. Ignorance of the rules will not be an acceptable excuse in case of sanction.
